What you described is not a sign of cancer, but you should still see your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

Have it checked: At your age this is usually what is called fibrocystic disease of the breast, which is a benign condition resulting from breast cysts. This is usually treated with birth control pills. Caffeine and chocolate may make the symptoms worse, although this not entirely clear. Wound have a doctor examine the breasts to exclude anything more serious, especially if a family history of breast cancer.

Be examined: It may be a blocked milk duct but impossible to diagnose without an exam. See your doctor for an exam and consider an US. If it is red warm and tender it may be an area of infection. Try a cool pack and Tylenol (acetaminophen) for relief. All the best.

Lump mastitis: For your age any signs of infection you should see your GYn or F/d asap especially with lumpy breasts and if confirm infection it should be treated with antibiotics for a coarse and follow up mandatory as if unresponsive it can be serious to rule out remote possibility of inflammatory breast tumor although it is very rare but not impossible. Good luck and see your doctor now

See PCP: Make appointment to see your family physician. At 32 years, cancer of the breast is not common but not infrequent but you must be sure. "all lumps of the breast must be resolved.".

Mondors disease: The breast findings you describe fits into the description of Mondors disease of the breast, a rare benign breast condition characterized by thrombophlebitis of the superficial/subcutaneous veins of the chest wall. Incidence rate is 0.5-0.8% The patient usually presents with a painful breast (cord-like) mass. There may be overlying skin erythema noted.

Unlikely: Breast cancers are rare in men but still 1 % breast cancers are in men, tend to diagnosed late, at you age is unlikely, but still need to be checked by your doctor
