Recurrent migraines on bottom of head near neck and lymph nodes of head, tender spot, may it be associated with chronic head tilting?
Cervical migraines: Many things can trigger a migraine attack, i.e. Certain food/drink, odor/perfume, lack of sleep, skipping meals, menstrual/period cycle, medications, sinus infection, tmjs, and for sure neck pain or cervical disc/nerve trouble. So, certainly neck pain/disease can trigger recurrent migraines and so if you have neck strain, this should be corrected. I suggest getting an eval by doc. Touch top of head tender and get dizzy from concussion a month ago not knocked out how long to heal and skull has bump on it, I've been fine?
Variable: With your symptoms I'd say the range for everything to clear would be on the order of several weeks to several months. Head blows which then, cause significant effects of headaches, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, "goose eggs" on the scalp etc. usually heal by then. Sometimes they can take longer but the good news is things WILL heal given time AND no further similar insults while healing. ...Read more
