Not good: The blood work being OK is irrelevant. You have persistent bouts of diarrhea. You may have a parasitic infection, or a malabsorption syndrome or other nastiness. Thoughts: Typically if you first get infected with herpes, small sores, scabs and itching occur first and then the virus lays dormant for years. That presentation sounds more like an infected follicle which you could use bacitracin for. See your doctor or someone with an infectious disease background and be examined. In this particular region they drain the genital area and part of the thigh, that means it could be an infection or inflammation in those areas.
