Tender Greens Vegan Salad Nutrition Information
What would cause my severe pain in my abdomen, a large area above navel, 30 minutes after consuming salad, fruit or eggs. I was vegan for 3 years, now i eat eggs and poultry with meals. ?

I know it's best to steam spinach to get the maximum nutrition but can you still get a good amount of nutrition when you eat it raw, like in a salad?

Fiber load!: You can tolerate it, you are just getting use to the fiber load. If it is not uncomfortable ignore it. Because the trapped air makes you feel fuller! If it hurts a little take simethicone or Beeno with those types of veggies. or with bloating. Good for you! You will be healthier happier, and feel very virtuous every day. because you are superior!
