Only an advise: I have no clue what you may have. Varicocele is usually on the left side and goes with low sperm count which you don't have. Have follow up appointments with your md but you may consider a second opinion too. Make sure also that the size of your kidneys are normal... ...Read more

Ultrasound?: There is no way of diagnosing this over the internet, sorry. You could get a recurrent epididymitis, but it would be unlikely to resolve on it's own. You may also have a varicocoele.
