See a neurologist: These symptoms may represent anxiety, a specific kind of headache or other neurological condition. You should keep a log of the location, timing, duration, characteristic, and intensity of these episodes and take the log with you to a neurologist. Https://www. Aan. Com/Guidelines/Home/ByTopic? What causes sudden blurry vision and loss of color vision in both eyes with no pain, headache or injury in a child with an all clear detailed eye exam?
Child (6) has sudden blurry vision with loss of colors in both eyes lasting 1 min with no pain. Happens when she's running and also sitting in class.
Eye doctor!: Definitely bring her to see an eye doctor (an ophthalmologist, not optometrist). Note any other symptoms - headaches, fatigue, pain in eyes, etc.
Maybe: It depends where the blood vessel is. If it is in the eye yes. This would occur for several reasons the most common is diabetes but hypertension can do it. Other reason could be retinal detachment. If it is in the white of the eye also sclera, it looks terrible but little danger to affect sight or blurred vision. If is causing blurred vision, see eye doc now. One other cause is trauma.See 1 more doctor answer

I'm short sighted, I have glasses. Got blurred vision in both my eyes. Have pain in only one eye. What could be causing this?
Various causes: Optical (wrong Rx for glasses) is e VERY uncommon cause of a painful eye. Type of pain is helpful to figure out a cause. Sharp-foreign body or dryness. Pain on movement--optic neuritis, trauma? Dull/sharp. Front of eye/back of eye? Most probably not the glasses. Repost with a better description of your symptoms.
I'm short sighted, I have glasses. Got blurred vision in both my eyes. Have pain in only one eye, (crease of eyelid/feels like its above the eye)?
Recommend evaluation: I would recommend an evaluation by an optometrist (optician in UK I believe) or an ophthalmologist, as such symptoms could be as simple as a form of a headachr, but as serious as intermittent angle closure. Intermittent angle closure can occur in far sighted individuals and requires attemtiom

I watched the eclipse of the sun with bare eyes last week sunday in africa. Since then, have been having blurred vision. How do I fix this?
Exam needed: You should see an ophthalmologist for an examination. You may have damaged the pigment layer beneath your retina within the center of your vision (foveomacular area). An exam can help to sort this out. Unfortunately some people who develop solar retinopathy don't fully recover their baseline vision. Treatment may involve a short course of corticosteroids. Good luck.See 1 more doctor answer
Time for eye exam: Tired eyes are often a sign of either dry eyes or eye strain. Both can be related to long hours spent on a repetitive near task (like being on the computer for hours) and can also be caused by a need fro prescription glasses. Occasional blurred vision can be related to dry eyes or prescription changes also. You would be well off having an eye exam to be sure.See 4 more doctor answers
Hi I get blurred vision now and den I'm really worried. I had my eyes checked they r in good condition?
Blurred vision: Glad your eye exam was good. Many things can cause blurred vision that comes and goes. Dry eye and allergy are common causes that might not show up on one eye exam. Diabetes can present this way. If there is recent weight gain, one worries about benign intracranial hypertension. Also eye strain from presbyopia or uncorrected visual error can cause this. Knowing age would help. See an eye MD.
Depends: Seek medical attention. Diseases of the liver, resulting in high levels of bilirubin, causes the whites of the eye to appear yellow. Your skin may also be yellow (jaundice). Blurred vision can be a result of the systemic effects of diseases of the liver. Your doctor will be able to determine if you need treatment.
