Is hyponatremia responsible to telmisartan and amlodipine hydrochlorothiazide or escytolopram and clonazepam? Can the episode be repeat ed?

Hydrochlorothiazide?: Hyponatremia (low sodium/salt) has multiple causes including medications and yes hyponatremia can recur.
