Check levels : Eplim (sodium di valproate) and Carbamazepine have some interactions with each other. One needs to measure steady state blood levels. You've been juggling a lot of interactions between the tegretol and the Lamictal and your diabetes medications. You may be able to simplify things greatly with the addition of latuda.
