Seems fine: These dosages seem to be workable although it is an intense combination of mood stabilizers. The dose of duloxetine at 60 mg is at the usual amount for the treatment of a mood disorder although higher dosages are thought to be potentially helpful for the treatment of chronic pain. Not unusual....: It's not unusual to see ocd and bipolar together. Cymbalta (duloxetine) is not my typical "go-to" drug for ocd; but if you have a pain syndrome, it may be the best choice. Most likely never: While each of these medications have some potential to affect liver function tests - it being greatest in Tegretol - most of the changes tend to be benign(or harmless).
