Check your sugars: Hypoglycemia is very common and they symptoms could mean your sugars are low. Get a home blood glucose test and check your sugars the next time something like that happens. If your numbers are below 85, it could mean your body is sensitive to low sugars. Of course this could be something else and one single test doesn't tell you everything. NTI: Ck with your dentist to make sure the nti is properly adjusted. If it is too thick it can cause the jaw and facial muscles to fatigue and/ or be sore. If it is too thin, you can still be grinding against your teeth causing sore facial muscles and a painful tmj.
In either case, the chattering should disappear once the jaw muscles have relaxed. Moist heat applied to the face should help. ...Read more

The most common is digestion problems, then blood pressure, then other autonomic processes. One would expect the temperature to vary a lot during the day.
