Check your sugars: Hypoglycemia is very common and they symptoms could mean your sugars are low. Get a home blood glucose test and check your sugars the next time something like that happens. Ck with your dentist to make sure the nti is properly adjusted. If it is too thick it can cause the jaw and facial muscles to fatigue and/ or be sore. If it is too thin, you can still be grinding against your teeth causing sore facial muscles and a painful tmj.
