Teenage Panic Attacks
I have suffered from panic attacks on & off over the last few years. When I get one, my hr can get up to 150. Is this normal?

Hard to tell.: A full blown panic attack is not normal even for an adolescent, but some amount of weird feelings may be normal. When do they occur & under what circumstances, or are they random?Does exercise trigger them? Are they associated with any medication you may be taking, adhd meds for instance?
