See a dermatologist: If you have been consistent with topical acne preparations which include a benzoyl perioxide produce and a retinol such as Retin A, (tretinoin) Differin, or Tazorac along with oral antibiotics and are not seeing progress, I recommend that you consult a dermatologist.
