Dr mistakenly gave tdap shot twice, 2 weeks apart to our 2.5 mo old. What can happen, side effects?

My now 13 year old daughter had the tdap booster in 2013 and mistakenly again in May of this year. She has had no side effects. Is there any reason to be concerned?
I received tdap on saturday. I am still having side effects 5 days later, swollen locked jaw and lympnodes on the injection side, is this normal?
Doctor can recheck: If a person has symptoms he thinks are related to a tdap, he can call the doctor for a recheck appointment. A large amount of swelling, and enlarged lymph nodes, are not usual reactions to tdap (usually there is no reaction). Docs on here saying I should be fine. Rusty nail punct wound on 08/31, TDAP on 09/02. See previous post. Side effect? Tetanus infection?
Should be fine: You are immunized throughout your life with tetanus. A booster is required every 5-10 years to give you extra protection. It is people who are never immunized who are at greatest risk. They also require immune globulin. You should be fine. Continue to watch for other types of infection.
