Unlikely to be a pbm: The good news is has not been shown to cause problems even when doubled up.The bad news is baby likely won't get much added benefit from the shot. When given closer than 6 wks apart it does not seem to provide an added benefit. ...Read more

Doctor can recheck: If a person has symptoms he thinks are related to a tdap, he can call the doctor for a recheck appointment. A large amount of swelling, and enlarged lymph nodes, are not usual reactions to tdap (usually there is no reaction). Should be fine: You are immunized throughout your life with tetanus. A booster is required every 5-10 years to give you extra protection. It is people who are never immunized who are at greatest risk. They also require immune globulin. You should be fine. Continue to watch for other types of infection. It is possible to introduce other bacteria. Soak your foot often. ...Read more
