No: TB neck lymphadenitis won't cause infertility but if your tubes are also involved it can cause problems. You should be able to conceive and have healthy babies after finishing treatment. TB treatment: You are being treated with 4 medications which is good - since it doesn't allow the TB bacteria any good chance of 'escaping' from the treatment. Hopefully only 1 drug is really needed- but I expect you may find that out in the future. Your ethambutol dose and pyrazinamide doses could be a little bit higher, but I am not worried. INH & Rif are the main drugs for treating this & they r dosed well. ...Read more
