Depends: It doesn't matter so much how many stents you have but why you have them, what do you your other arteries look like and when were they put in. Don't stop plavix!: First, check with your doctor who prescribes the plavix (clopidogrel) for you. If it is being taken for a heart stent that was placed less than a year ago, you CANNOT stop the plavix (clopidogrel) for any reason. Also, be very cautious about using ANY other supplements along with your prescription medicines, especially other blood thinners.
