Get a pregnancy test and find out. While during pregnancy a lot of changes occur including swollen and bleeding gums, i doubt any oral changes have materialized this soon. If congratulations are inorder, oral hygiene becomes all that more important. Gingivitis and periodontist are oral infections that can contribute to premature birth.
