Drank 8 oz glass of tart cherry juice last night. Slept well. Today very dizzy when sitting up and even trying to walk. Also have bppv. Help.
Your symptoms could: Be related to your benign positional vertigo which can cause extreme dizziness and make walking difficult and put you at risk of falling. Sometimes you can take medication to help the dizziness but they can make you sleepy. There is also a procedure called canalith repositioning which involves moving your head in certain positions by a doctor and can improve the symptoms.

Yes: Eating cherries will have no ill effects on your baby, though excessive consumption may cause a slight loosening of the stools.
Not necessary: Allergy to oranges (including juice) can present as itching, hives, wheezing, vomiting, diarrhea and less likely anaphylaxis. If symptoms are limited to stomach upset only, it may be only a food intolerance possibly related to the acidity. If a person can tolerate a small amount, but GI symptoms with larger amounts, this supports an intolerance. Either way, if it bothers a person, avoid.

I drank black cherry juice from a bottle that had a broken seal and am now very sick with diahhrea. How can I cure myself?
Doctor can evaluate: If a person is "very sick" with diarrhea, she should be evaluated by her primary care doctor to see if there is dehydration, and to see if a stool culture test is needed. Sometimes people get norovirus or rotavirus diarrhea (it's very contagious) and just by coincidence had drunk juice. The doctor will help figure out if the cause is such food poisoning, and to see if medications are needed.
No harm: Carrot juice will not do any harm, nor will it treat your allergy.
