What is better tart cherry juice or capsules?

Is pancrelipase a good substitute to pancrease?

Is pancrelipase a good substitute to pancrease?

Maybe: It depends on why you're taking pancrease (pancrelipase). If it's because your pancreas does not make enough pancrease (pancrelipase) on its own (pancreatic exocrine insufficiency), then you may also be deficient in lipase, so a combination of the two may be good for your condition. Is there anything I can use as a natural home substitute for pancrease (pancrelipase)?

Is there anything I can use as a natural home substitute for pancrease (pancrelipase)?

Don't waste your $!: Assuming you have a normal functioning pancreas (that makes bicarbonate, (sodium bicarbonate) digestive enzymes, & insulin) then you don't need to supplement pancreatic products. Otc "enzymes" are often inadequately regulated as to amount & efficacy, & can actually hurt the intestines when taken in high dose unnecessarily for a prolonged time. Instead, see your doctor to address if you are maldigesting your food. ...Read more
