Won't die

Round worms / tape worms are annoying and rarely uncomfortable but you won't die. If you have accidental exposure (such as eating with unwashed hands after cleaning up from an infected animal) have your doctor test your own poop. Simple medications are avaialbe, if needed.

What food or product that can help kill or get rid of tapeworm inside human body?

Answered by:

Forgive my frankness

Either you have a tapeworm, or you don't. If you do, your physician can make the diagnosis. Remember there are charlatans who will diagnose disease that's not present and offer you something pricey -- I'm hoping you're not a victim. Tapeworm infestation endangers you and sometimes those around you. Get definitive treatment using some real medications.

Unlikely

Most organisms are species specific and so a dog with an infected eye will not have a species that will transfer to humans. There are a few cross overs like rabies that can affect any mammal.

Sex and drugs

Straight people can get infected by sharing needles or through sex. Women can be infected through vaginal or anal sex with an infected male partner. Straight men can get infected through sex with women, especially if they're uncircumcized and/or have genital ulcers. Straight men can also get infected by having sex with men, since "straight" describes orientation, not behavior.

Staphylococcal infection Contagious Infection MRSA Staphylococcal infection

Staph aureus

We are all colonized with Staph aureus. Whether or not we become infected with these organisms depends on multiple different factors. The ones that are in your cat are the same as the ones in your gut, or in your nasopharynx or on your skin. They have the same disease producing mechanisms. Whether they will infect you is problematic.
