What is recommended dose of testosterone to enter tanner stage 5 at age 18 with constitutional delayed puberty to enlarge my testis from 15ml to 18ml.
It won't: Testosterone doesn't cause testicular enlargement. In fact it can do the opposite by suppressing the pituitary gland's release of lh. We use it to induce puberty in small doses when testes are pre-pubertal size. The testicular enlargement that occurs is from the boy's own lh. If testicular growth is arrested, a pediatric endocrinologist should be consulted for the child.

Five stages...: These are the general stages: 1. Growth of testes/scrotum, fine pubic hair. 2. Rapid body growth, continued increase in pubic hair. 3. Penis grows; continued rapid body growth; voice starts changing. 4. Continued increase in penis size; course pubic hair; hair in armpits and face; can; even faster body growth. 5. Final adult height and male physique. Hope that helps!
Tanner 1 to 5: Tanner1: infantile genititals. 2: growth of the testicles and early elevation of testosterone. Scattered pubic hair. 3: growth of the penis and more pubic hair. 4: penis and testicles approaching adult size, pubic hair now a full triangle. 5: pubic hair extends to thighs and lower abdomen, and facial hair is present. Puberty usually starts at age 12 and continues for 3-4 years.See 1 more doctor answer
In males: "spurt" is seen throughout puberty, as growth accelerates as puberty progresses, but is most rapid in state IV.
Voice gets manly: The boys do lose their boyish, high frequency voice, but it changes to a more manly, low frequency deeper voice. It changes to an adult male like voice. These changes are due the hormonal changes, they go through during puberty. They develop secondary sexual characteristics. These changes are mainly due to increase in the levels of the hormone, testosterone. Thanks.See 2 more doctor answers
In a person life, how many puberty do/can they go through? How many drastic appearance changes? Facial and body change? Is it same for boys and girls?
Puberty: puberty happens once for everyone. It isn't the same for boys or girls. There is no specific time as to when it starts. That is why one boy may start to have facial hair at age 15 and another not until age 16.
