Tamsulosin is indicated for patients who have symptoms of enlarged prostate , frequency, too many trips to the bath room. , slow flow , dribbling the medication relaxes the smooth muscles around the prostate and makes it easy to urinate it should be taken at bed time to avoid side effects .. It can only "soften/loosen your prostate gland" thus minimizing the compression of your urethra, hence allowing you to pee more efficiently.
