No, not exactly...: HealthTap PRIME began in the summer of 2014, and is a Primary Care service. A patient pays one fee each month (~$99 in August 2014) so one consult would be ~$99, but 2 visits come out to ~$49 each, 3 is ~$33 each, and so on.
