It depends...: This depends on how much vit d you get from the sun. In spring & summer about 10 minutes of exposure to midday sun allows us to make enough d if you don't use sunscreen. Don't fool with: Mother nature! dhea pills generally don't contain much dhea, and even if they did, dhea is metabolized into cortisone, estrogen and testosterone -- and you don't have any way to control which it is converted into.
