Taking Turmeric For Skin Problems
No proof: There are no supplements that have been definitively shown to decrease aging. However, eating healthy will allow for healthy and graceful aging. Fish oils found naturally in fish can be anti-inflammatory and that minimize damage to the body from excess free radicals.. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Glowing: I am unsure if you want your skin to glow, or are already glowing and want to stop. Either way, biotin is unlikely to make it happen. It certainly has not been rigorously tested to see its effectiveness. That being said, it is safe in normal doses. Side effects can include acne, allergies and an increased risk of miscarriage. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

How safe and effective is taking herbal supplements of Turmeric, Ginger, Omega 3, green tea, and Garlic to fight inflammation caused by Psoriasis?
Not very: Don't get your hopes up or spend much money on stuff like this. There's no law against promoting these in glitzy "natural healing" sites. It may work. You will probably just be out the money. ...Read more

Is taking testoesrone boosters bad for liver or any health issues
and is taking gnu strength vitapak ok ?
Stop that stuff: There are no supplements or health foods that will boost testosterone. Testosterone can't be "boosted" and rarely would need it at your age. All those supplements are garbage. If any of them worked doctors would recommend them. If any of them worked there wouldn't be thousands on the market -- we'd only need one or two. Save your money and your health. Don't get medical info on tv or internet. ...Read more
