Yes. Use an OPK kit: Regular periods mean you're ovulating regularly - try using an ovulation predictor kit (opk): test between 10 am and noon, starting on day 10 of your cycle. The first morning urine is not as accurate. Try the ovuquick brand if a drugstore test doesn't work for you. The day of a + ve test and the next 2 days are your most fertile days. Not clear: I am not sure definitive conclusions can be made from monitoring follicular development over one menstrual cycle. Since you are tracking follicular size I assume you are seeing an infertility specialist otherwise I am not sure why one would be monitoring this.
