Possible sinus infx: Coughing up yellow phlegm for what appears to be 4 weeks may certainly be related to a bacterial sinusitis. Also contributing to these symptoms may be rhinitis of pregnancy in which changes in hormones causes dilation of blood vessels and subsequent nasal stuffiness. Remove the "D": This medication contain Loratadine and pseudoephedrine. The side effects you mention are likely related to the pseudoephedrine. I would suggest you try the Loratadine by itself and then try adding a separate congestion-only medication in a lower dose if needed.
