I : I tend to agree with you. I applaud you for starting your program and doing enough to get past the introductory phase. Since you are motivated but have been sedentery, i would recommend caution. It is better to gradually ramp up your exercise tolerance. Do not push so hard that you overdo it and get hurt. An injury would delay further exercise and might even dissuade you from exercising anymore. It would probably be prudent to do exercise every other day, progressing to 2 days a week followed by a rest day. Let your body's response to exercise be your guide. Sure: In theory the answer is yes. Weight loss happens when energy expended (i.e. Calories burned) supersedes energy taken in (i.e. Calories eaten).
