Takibg Nyquil After Drinking Energy Drink
I drank a rockstar energy drink four hours ago before skateboarding for three hours and i just took a nyquil and i want to know if im gonna die or not?

Like all of us, you will die sooner or later (hopefully not for 70-80 years) but what you took will not kill you.
The energy drink has some caffeine which is stimulating and the Nyquil has a cough suppressant and antihistamine that can make you drowsy, but the combination will not kill you. ...Read more
Avoid it.: It is not healthy. It has very high sugar and Caffine content. 5 times more than a cup of coffee.It makes you more alert for a short time, but it can cause Arrythmia. You should develop better time management skill and not dependent on energy drink for "energy". It gives false sense of control. You also will get addicted to it. No: but depends on how much your drink. A single 5 hour energy has about the same amount of caffeine as 2 large and strong cups of coffee, so it is probably no worse than that. The vitamins and ginseng and other stuff in those drinks is worthless and does no good or harm, but the companies pretend that they give you more energy. They are a scam: Most energy drinks are high doses of caffeine, which is a stimulant. If used occasionally they are not a big deal, and no worse than equivalent amounts of caffeine in soda or coffee. When used regularly and/or in high doses, caffeine increases anxiety, causes insomnia, can raise blood pressure and pulse, and causes a rebound fatigue. None: Energy drinks are basically caffeine, and this is not required for good health, the ability to exercise or muscle strength. In fact, many trainers strongly recommend against the use of excessive caffeine for people who are training. The vitamins and other supplements in the drinks are a waste of money.
