Caution with meds: This is not a good idea. Using promethazine together with meclizine may increase side effects such as drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping, constipation, rapid heart beat, confusion, etc. All three of those drugs work for nausea -so you must be quite miserable.
