Am 18 years under weighted 45kg, planing to take dietary supplement if its good please name some supplements suitable for me ?
Questionable.: In my opinion, many dietary supplements are questionable, particularly if you are referring to powders or drinks that promise to pack on muscle, etc. Consider eating a healthy balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean protein (fish, chicken, turkey, but limiting red meat). And exercise. You will grow into your body in time. ...Read more

I don't eat green vegetables.Should i take a dietary supplement in order to replace them in my diet? What should it be?
May be risky: Addrena is marketed as the OTC equivalent to Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). It is promoted as a "natural energy supplement for mental focus." The issue of taking such supplements is that it is not monitored by the FDA in the same way as prescription medication is. Consequently, it may contain ingredients that counteract with Buproprion XL, leading to potentially dangerous adverse reactions. Discuss with doctor. ...Read more
Why do I need to take a dietary supplement with zerona liposuction? My doctor says zerona works best if i take a special supplement they sell. Why? What does the supplement do?
Save your money: Zerona is a non-invasive procedure that is supposed to eliminate or reduce fat. I have seen it and am honestly very unimpressed. I perform hundreds of liposuction procedures per year and this is really the only way (besides diet and exercise) to eliminate fat. If it seems too good to be true, it is. Sorry to all those who like to promote it as the best thing since sliced bread. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers
Is it safe to take a dietary supplement that has all natural ingredients while I am also on Zoloft (sertraline) and concerta? Zoloft (sertraline) - 50 mg
concerta- 54 mg
Supplements and ADHD: Concerta is methylphenidate, a psycho-stimulant. Zoloft -sertraline- is a serotonin-selective reuptake inhibitor. Both of these meds may cause side effects (SE) by themselves -- and in combination perhaps more SEs. Depending on 'what' that supplement is could affect things further -- the FDA doesn't regulate supplements, so it depends on what the supplement contains. If in doubt, check with ur MD ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
