Take Cymbalta Duloxetine
Whichever works best: You may take it whichever way works best for you. Take it in the evening if it makes you tired or in the morning if it keeps you awake or you could divide the dose to a twice daily dosage if you would like. Please discuss it with your psychiatrist however before making any changes. ...Read more

I take cymbalta (duloxetine) 60 mg in the morning. I see some people take it at night before bedtime. Does it make a difference?
Either one okay: You can take it either in morning or at bedtime. I usually advise my patients to take it in the morning so that it helps them get better sleep at night. Most doctors will suggest am dosing. However, I do not think it makes a big difference since we sometime prescribe it as twice a day. I think it is more of a matter of preference. If the am dose works fine for you, then I say stay with it! ...Read more
Why do some people take Cymbalta (duloxetine) at night? My Dr. Instructed me to take it this way, but I forgot to ask why. Thanks!
Not always necessary: Cymbalta (duloxetine) is often prescribed for night time because a sedative effect is not unusual when a patient begins the medication and is often transient. The sedation occurs in a significant minority but can also be activating in some patients so if it causes insomnia, the medication can be taken earlier in the day. ...Read more

Can I take Cymbalta (duloxetine) 60 every other day to quit? I can't afford more and still have 60mg capsules. It makes you gain weight and feel un interested! Tx
I understand your concern.
Cymbalta is used to treat Major Depression and Anxiety.
It can cause feeling uninterested and weight gain.
If it has not helped you with depression, discuss with your Psychiatrist to decrease it gradually from 60mg/day to 40mg/day; have Therapy.
Observe for any withdrawal symptoms, if none, decrease the dose again; continue Therapy.

Only if: If your physician has prescribed both of these medicines to you and is closely monitoring your response, then you can take them. Oxycodone (endone) is for severe pain only, also. In at least 1 published case, the combination has been associated with development of serotonin syndrome. ...Read more
Either one: There should not be much difference between taking it in the am or the pm. Once Cymbalta (duloxetine) gets to a therapeutic point, keeping it in your system regularly is important and the same time each day is important, but day or night will not change much. If it causes you to be drowsy at all, then take it at night. If it causes you problems sleeping, then take it in am. I ope this helps and best of luck! ...Read more
No interaction: You can take Cymbalta (duloxetine) and quercetin at the same time. It's not an MAO interaction. Cymbalta (duloxetine) is not an MAO anyway. And quercetin is a flavonol belonging to the class of flavonoids -- it's found in many plant-based foods, like red wine, onions, green tea, apples, berries, and vegetables in the broccoli family. ...Read more

What time of day should I take cymbalta (duloxetine) when taking hydrocondone all through out the day 3 a day and 2 klonopins in the evening time?
It Depends: This is something you will want to discuss with your doctor. Any medication exposure during pregnancy can increase the risk of adverse events. However depression itself in a mother can create risks for an unborn child. Talk with your doc:
There are many reasons possible. Your chronic pain conditions and the oxycodone may be depressing in themselves. Your medication might not be at a sufficient dose to help, or you may need different meds or strategies.

I have been taking kolonopin three times a day anexity 1mg, I also take cymbalta (duloxetine) 60 mgs once a day n propranolol 10 mg 2 a day, is this two strong?
Anxiety & Addiction:
That is a whopping dose of klonipin. Klonipin does nothing to treat or prevent anxiety. It is not the best drug for prevention or getting better. It is a sedative and if you are taking this large amount three times/ day your brain may not be functioning at full capacity.
I would advise a thorough evaluation with a psychiatrist expert in addiction as well as these complex problems with medications. ...Read more
