Infection, inflammation: For some reason your nose is really angry. It could be an infection either bacterial or viral which is leading to bleeding and irritation. It could've been caused by picking your nose and injuring the skin which therefore becomes infected. It could also be from significant allergies with frequent nose wiping and blowing. Irritation: Nose-picking is a top cause of nosebleeds. When you feel the booger there again, rather than picking it out, use saline spray to loosen it then blow your nose gently.
