Couple of things: Your increased anxiety could indicate Clonazepam withdrawal, esp. If you had been on a high dose, were taking it for a long time and stopped it abruptly. If those issues don't apply to you, then the best approach to anxiety is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. In combination with SSRI (e.g. Zoloft, (sertraline) Celexa, Prozac) meds.
