Hematology test sperm count 99% motility sperm75% volume sperm 3.8 liquefication sperm ****1 is he good?
Here are some ...: The punctuations in the question are not clear so I would just assume the report as follows: Sperm count at 99% of percentile score; sperm motility at 75%; semen volume at 3.8 cc; and semen liquefied at 1 minute. If so, yes, his semen analysis for male infertility is good in favor of impregnating a suitable female. ...Read more

Can using PESA method retrieve enough sperms to fertilize egg using ivf without going through ICSI?
May be few...: The clear slippery fluid as pre-cum upon sex arousal may contain few sperms but way below the recommended count & concentration for sterilization. If concerned about pregnancy, always have the partner do HPT in 7-10 days after missing her period and repeat it in another 7-10 days if the first HPT is (-) & still in doubt. More? Seek evaluation and counseling. ...Read more
Yes, but ...: Studies showed conflicting data on this subject - if there is sperm in pre-cum or pre-ejaculate, but generally, confirmed some 40% men's pre-cum contain sperms but with less number and motility so that such fluid is less likely to fertilize eggs if any than the ejaculate. So, play safe sex with best possible precaution at all cost if playing sex for pleasure; be responsible and real. Best wish... ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Count is 10 million .. Slugghish motile sperm 25%... Using this immotile sperm will icsi success ? Already we have 2 failed icsi ..
It should work!: Icsi (injecting a sperm into an egg) bypasses poor motility and should succeed. If you have failed two ivf/icsi cycles, i strongly suggest you defer a third cycle, gather up your records, and undergo a second opinion consult at a facility that has a high ivf success rate (you can see mine, for example, at: http://ivfmd.Com/eng/statistics_1.Htm most of my patients conceive on cycle #1! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Most specialists put sperm inside the uterus (IUI), although it can also be deposited in the cervix (ICI). Most women describe the procedure as trivial to minor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Re: home insemination, does fresh sperm need to liquefy before inserting into vagina via syringe? If so, how long until it liquifies & why?
Will artificial insemination at the time of ovulation using a 10 ml needless syringe full of fresh seamen inserted into the vagina result in pregnancy?
Turkey baster method: Affectionately referred to as "turkey baster" technique or method but using needle-less syringe as you've noted is an inexpensive & low tech way to get pregnant. There are many websites describing how this can be managed assuming your partner or semen source is willing. Just be sure to hold still for a while to give sperm a chance to travel. If infertility is an issue, be sure to see reproendo doc. ...Read more
Dr.We tried 2 times self insemintion, no sucess both times.Sperm dies hitting air ? And sperms drips out after inserting..
Sperm doesn't: Die instantly when hitting air, but does as it dries out. Sperm dripping out after inserting obviously doesn't help achieve a pregnancy. Only those sperm that progress from the vagina into the uterus and tubes can do that. Don't know why you're having a problem, may be how you're handling or inserting the sperm, your positioning, or even a tubal blockage. Check w/your gyn or whoever's advising you. ...Read more
