You may have fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue syndrome. It is far from being "all in your head" it is a real condition affecting up to 5 million people in the United States according to the CDC. People with fibromyalgia experience extreme fatigue, widespread joint pain without inflammation, digestive problems such as IBS, and several other issues. While it is difficult to entertain a diagnosis such as fibromyalgia with only a presented medical case, I think this is likely your diagnosis. There are diagnostic criteria set forth by the American College of Rheumatology and I would personally encourage you to visit an academic medical center in the Bay Area that is convenient for you.
