Lactose intolerance?: Lactose breath testing (objective) or a clinical response to lactase enzyme supplements ;/or milk avoidance (subjective decline in the gassiness ; diarrhea associated with ingesting lactose) may clarify your concern. Hydrate!: Stay hydrated! This is a challenge with vomiting. The trick is to sip small amounts of liquid relatively frequently. Try ginger ale or cola with sugar; the artificial sweeteners can worsen nausea, and your body needs the sugar. Pedialyte, while meant for children, is a good rehydration liquid, and even comes as popsicles. If you aren't better in 3 days or so, call your doctor for further advice. ...Read more
