The lesions then bleed, ulcerate and can obstruct.
Clinical feature: Weight loss and persistent abdominal pain are the most common symptoms at initial diagnosis. The abdominal pain tends to be mid upper abdomen (epigastric), vague and mild early in the disease but more severe and constant as the disease progresses. Nausea, anemia from occult bleeding, also frequently happen.
