Amanda695: The total amount your baby can use according to the ranitidine literature is 40-80 mg daily. 3 ml is only 45 mg so that dose may not be high enough to control symptoms. You should check with your doctor to see if increasing the dose would be appropriate. ...Read more

Unlikely: Posture is not likely to be the problem. It may be related to hyperacidity, hiatal hernia or other GI problem.
