Sorry to hear there. You pain shouldn't be getting worse. If it is you need to see a physician. However the pain may last for several weeks depending on the size of hematoma and it should slowly and certainly decrease as time goes by.

First we have to make a Diagnosis of a hematoma and that requires neuroimaging. Depending on the symptoms one is manifesting after concussion, addiional tests, monitoring and followup are critical.
