Rare, but possible.: If you have had your tubes tied, it is not likely that you will become pregnant, but it IS possible! Also, if you did get pregnant, there would be a greater chance that that pregnancy would occur in one of your tubes, i.e., ectopic or tubal pregnancy. This can be dangerous. Get a pregnancy test! Get a blood pg test: See the doc who did your tubal or another gyn as u need a blood pg test and possibly other blood work and an ultrasound, because if you are pg and have had a tubal you are at increased risk, not necessarily, that the preg is stuck in the tube ( ectopic) which needs to be immediately treated, if u do not have a gyn now the er should have referred you to the gyn covering the er that day for followup. ...Read more

Go to an E.R.: Cramping and large clots could just be menorrhagia, but anytime you have concern of an ectopic pregnancy or acute abdominal tenderness with known pregnancy, this can be life threatening.
