No it is not: no it is not perichondritis. it could be an ear problem though. the nausea, the dizziness, could be related to the inner ear, but to last for a year must be something psychosomatic. it is not normal for anybody to have nausea, and dizziness for a year. see a doctor , preferably ENT. ...Read more
