I really have not been working out at all since i started having panic attacks 2 years ago so how slow should I start out working out like how man day?

Slowly: I would recommend that you have your doctor put you on a beta blocker, as you are likely "triggered" by rapid heart rate, but your lower brain doesn't differentiate. Prevent the rapid heart rate with a beta blocker, and then the emotional component with a bit of a benzodiazepine , and then gradually build up your conditioning and you'll be fine....Slowly and methodically is the rule. ...Read more
