Yes but depends on s: It all depends on the size of the lymph nodes. If the nodes are larger than 1 cm, then we have to be concerned. Anything over 2cm in size requires a biopsy to exclude cancer. Chemo and radiation may control it for a while but very seldom for a long time. No cancer is "good to have" but pancreatic cancer is particularly virulent as a rule. Should repeat exam: There can be lymph nodes near gall bladder. Lymph nodes can be reactive to infection, inflammation, trauma, neoplasm etc. Observation for short interval will determine whether grows, is stable, or regresses. it sounds like the radiologist was not very concerned.
