Very small penis: Otherwise normal in appearance & not hypospadiac or epispadiac penises which are otherwise abnormal. Size definition is somwhat subjective, but, severely small compared to child's body size. Streched flaccid lenght (pushing down on pubic bone to tip of glans) should be more than 2.5cm in a term or 7 1/2 lb otherwise normal newborn. Below 2.5cm can be considered a micropenis.

What are the options for people with micropenis?

What are the options for people with micropenis?

First, see urologist: Micropenis is something an occasional boy is born with. The doctor doing the newborn exam can tell if a penis is tiny. If a penis is normal-sized at birth, his own growth hormone and testosterone keep his penis growing until adulthood. A smaller-than-average penis is normal and not a micropenis, which is really tiny. A true micropenis is cared for by pediatricians, endocrinologists, urologists.

On sono they think that baby has micropenis what do I do!?

See below: Try to relax. Once your child is born, the examination will give a lot of useful information. If there is still a concern, then your child's doctor will discuss what needs to be done. Most likely, a consult from a pediatric urologist, and possible endocrine doctor will be needed. I have seen this a couple of times over the years, and the child was normal, but just had a small penis.

Is there such a thing as a female version of micropenis for the clitoris?

Is there such a thing as a female version of micropenis for the clitoris?

Undervirilized Males: Boys born with micropenis are usually undervirilized because they didn't make enough androgens or didn't respond to them in-utero at the time of genital development. Many different possibilities exist. In girls, the clitoris is very sensitive to androgens. If a girl is born virilized (like with cah), her clitoris may be quite enlarged.

I'm 32/male/healthy and have had issues with ejaculating. No pain, but very little semen is produced. I have a micropenis (3"). Could that be a factor?

Ejaculatory problems: There is no association between having a micropenis and low sperm production. If you are attempting to have a child, a detailed evaluation by a urologist is beneficial. If not but you seem concerned, do so as well. Good luck.

I am 18 years old. I think that I have micropenis but I don't now what to do and what is beside surgery can fix that. Does the surgery work? I am scared.

"I think" isn't a dx: You should see your doctor for an exam and to determine if you indeed have a medical condition (micropenis). The best way to allay fear is to take steps to get real answers. If yes, it is important to determine if there are medical reasons. Is your penis less than 2 inches erect? If not, unlikely to be a micropenis. Either way, learning to love yourself as you are is important!
