The vap is usually used to risk stratify those patients who have other risk factors (such as hypertension, family history of heart disease, etc.) but have a normal-looking lipid profile. Restart meds: Please see your doctor. If this is for chlamydia, you can take a one time 1 gram dose of azithromycin instead of the doxycycline so that you do not miss doses. If it is for PID you may need the Doxy.
