I'm so sorry to hear: The heart is enclosed in a sack called pericardium containing a small amount of fluid at all time. Hemopericardium means blood instead of fluid and if this happens from a rupturing of a vessel/aorta near the heart, it can impede the heart rapidly. No : Hemopericardium is caused by bleeding into the sac that encases the heart. High blood pressure is not a cause.
