Hello Ireland: I acknowledge that we speak different forms of English but is "nipper" a small boy, a vise tool, or misspelled nipple? I assume mpv is MVP (mitral valve prolapse)? Anyway, the heart never causes ear pain. MVP and extra-systoles are very common and not dangerous unless severe. A 24 hr recording and echocardiogram would determine this.
