Does not compute: Please repost and explain why you think that your symptoms of fatigue dizziness etc have something to do with "high metabolism." I'm not aware of the connection. In fact, symptoms of fatigue sound more likely to be related to a "low" metabolism. Your notions of "metabolism" don't really correspond to the way doctors think about metabolism. ...Read more

Am I hearing U right: Concern is particularly great if your stools contain blood AND you are dizzy. Maybe these two issues are unrelated, or perhaps the volume of blood is only small & not clinically significant, but the combination scenario you presented us raises the question for a gastrointestinal bleed of uncertain activity. Dizziness: Dizziness is a huge category, with many possible causes. You've already received good info from drs. Zapanta and fowler. I would add that dizziness may also be part of anxiety, which can cause many other physical symptoms as well. Dizziness can come especially with hyperventilation. That you're having some response to Clonazepam may be important, but not diagnostic. It's also habit-forming. ...Read more

Perhaps: It may be ok if you have no other cardiac diseases and have no symptoms. Many times, such individuals are in excellent physical shape with exceptional heart conditioning.
