Several things..: If it is in fact corectopia, and not esotropia or pseudoesotropia, then the causes include progressive iris atrophy and other rare developmental anomalies, as well as post-traumatic scarring. Many possibilities: Bilateral para-central scotomas could be due to brain issue or due to symmetric retinal disease. Corectopia means your pupil is not in the center and is not likely related to the other problem.
