Coincidence: Removal of a lipoma would have no effect on your breasts. Differentiating nipple discharge (pathologic) from secretion (physiologic) can be tricky. Favoring the latter includes fluid from both breasts especially if its not spontaneous and emanating from multiple duct orifices. If it is truly milk this may indicate elevated prolactin levels. Do lipomas that are in the breast grow? I had two breast lumps scanned a few years ago but one seams to be getting bigger and is a little achey.
