Coincidence: Removal of a lipoma would have no effect on your breasts. Differentiating nipple discharge (pathologic) from secretion (physiologic) can be tricky. Favoring the latter includes fluid from both breasts especially if its not spontaneous and emanating from multiple duct orifices. If it is truly milk this may indicate elevated prolactin levels. Need to see your MD: Lump in the breast is a serious issue, need to see doctor preferably a breast surgeon, call your local american cancer society, or you community hospital for help after exam if it looks benign you can wait for removal until you get insurgence. ...Read more

Disturbing: If you can see and or feel it, your surgeon may help. I worry that the mammogram may not be exposing the area of concern. Ultrasound is great fir cysts. Careful attention. The patient is likely correct!, . ...Read more

Yes tell your MD: Lipomas usually will not cause pain, may be benign fibro-cystic disease , you should have an examination by your doctor , to make sure nothing serious , if need will order tests or refer you to a specialist ...Read more
